Foodbank vouchers

Our foodbank works using an online e-referral system. Find out more about how we work.

We know that anyone can find themselves at crisis point for many different reasons.

Our foodbank works on a referral basis. This means that we work with local partners who can issue foodbank vouchers. These partners can provide longer term support to address the issues behind the reasons for your crisis, whilst we provide short term help.

How a referral works

When you speak to a referral agency, they will take some basic details from you. This will help them to identify the cause of your crisis, offer practical guidance and longer term support and enable us to provide you with the right amount and sort of food required for your household, as well as any extras, such as toiletries, cleaning products, pet food, nappies and baby food. If you have any dietary requirements, or need extras, do make sure to mention this when asking for a referral.

Once the referral has been made, you can collect your foodbox from our Bodmin, Camelford or Wadebridge foodbanks. If you cannot get to one of these locations, please do contact us, as we may be able to arrange delivery via our partner agencies.
